Gannett Co Inc, publisher of the News Sentinel, the Oak Ridger and the USA Today, is seeking quality applicants to contract newspaper routes in Knoxville and surrounding counties. Applicants must: • be willing to work early morning hours • have reliable transportation • have a driver’s license • have automobile insurance as required by the state of Tennessee Delivery agents are responsible for delivering Gannett newspaper products to individual subscriber addresses and convenient stores on a route. Deliveries must be completed by 7:00 AM Monday through Friday, and 7:30 AM on Saturday and Sunday. Newspaper route delivery is an excellent choice for individuals that don’t mind working at night/early morning, enjoy working outdoors, and enjoy working without direct supervision. Since most agents only spend between 25-35 hours a week delivering papers, they have plenty of time to devote to school, childcare, or other sources of employment. Depending on the area and size of the route, you can earn between $400.00 and $650.00 a week. We currently need delivery agents in Sevierville, Clinton, Oak Ridge, Lenoir City, and Knoxville.
