We have openings in the marine industry Fun working environment Experience a plus but not necessary Training provided Competitive Pay Profit Sharing Health Benefits Paid time off and paid holidays Room for advancement Essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following: -Lift and remove a variety of boats from the water using Marine Travelift. Position stands under boats to allow owners and vendors safe and efficient access to boat for repairs and maintenance. -Learn Technical aspects of boat repair and bottom painting -Operate forklift as necessary -Help maintain equipment -Operate pressure washer to clean vessels. -Clean and maintain boatyard grounds MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Valid Drivers license. Education, Training and Experience Guidelines: High school diploma or equivalent Knowledge of or desire to learn: • Boatyard, operations, policies and procedures. • Customer service standards and protocols. • Basic construction, hull configuration, maintenance and operation of sail and power boats. • Heavy equipment operation. • Workplace safety and security. • Boat painting, sanding and maintenance Please reply with work and salary history or resume
