General Handyman Needed

We are looking for a general handyman who would like to partner long term (part time) on regular maintenance calls for 80 unit apartment building. The maintenance calls are usually very minor cosmetic issues that wouldn't require pulling a permit. Examples include: - Drain Clogs and Kit replacements - Painting - Drywall repairs - Door Frame and trim replacements - Toilet replacements - Faucet leaks - Shower surround replacements - Re-caulking vanities, sinks, toilets - Flooring replacements - Plumbing/Electrical Fixture replacements Payment and compensation will vary from job to job since each job will take a different amount of time. Must have your own car and be able to buy materials when we are low on inventory. I am happy to take applicants on a tour of the property and go through a typical day or work request.
