High end residential construction company is looking for an experience Team Lead to lead our in-house crew on various construction project. The Team Lead is responsible for actively ensuring job site performance, inextricably linked to productivity, safety, and cleanliness. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: - Review project scopes and identify materials needed - Identify any issues as they come up - Assign tasks to helpers to keep jobs moving - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Work closely with Field Foreman to address issues/materials - Provide outstanding customer service when communicating with customers - Create daily logs of work completed with photos attached Must have reliable transportation and tools.
