Freedom Solar Power is looking for a Warehouse Associate who will handle inbound and outbound shipments, job kitting, loading modules, and routine housekeeping. Job Duties: Assist Crews and electricians with material requests Assists service department with material requests and locating Returned Merch Authorization (RMA). Assist Warehouse Manager with Fleet Maintenance Operates various equipment and machines including forklift, pallet jack, and vehicles. Hotshot material and Pick up will-calls Refill all itemized bags Run recycle and pallet drop offs Keep parts cage neat and organized at all times Reduce material waste Ability to do data entry Completes any general office and warehouse cleaning Assists with other duties as assigned by Warehouse Manager, Warehouse Operations Manager, and/or Regional Operations Manager (ROM) Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of prior warehouse or manufacturing experience required Must have a valid state driver’s license Prior forklift experience required Solar warehouse experience is preferred. Special Knowledge/Skills: Knowledge of basic warehouse safety regulations and procedures Knowledge of warehouse, logistics, and supply chain management Ability to meet deadlines Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Solar and electrical product knowledge a plus General computer skills to include Microsoft and Google office, with basic data entry and excel skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills required Excellent customer service skills required Possess a trustworthy positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills Result-driven and self-motivated Must have a flexible schedule Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50+ lbs. Must be able to bend and lift. Ability to work in 100 degrees as well as 30 to 40-degree weather in wet and dry conditions.
