Jobsite coordinator needed for a highly reputable Lakewood landscape and construction company. Approx. half the time will be spent driving a flatbed truck and pulling a trailer w/ equipment and materials. Often moving equipment and materials from one site to another. Clean CDL required. Must be self-motivated and possess the ability to work hard independently and with a team! Our company has a strong commitment to culture, honesty, and customer satisfaction! Job Functions • Performs daily yard walk-around inspections; maintains cleanliness of yard and fleet. • Moves/sorts/spreads building materials on job sites/yard/warehouse. • Drives vehicle to transport materials and equipment to job sites; maintains a clean driving record. • Removes job site debris, as directed. • Onsite material Inventory. • Assists with material loading & uploading. • Performs general labor tasks and other duties, as assigned.
