Position: Construction Laborer/Assistant to Trim Carpenter compensation: TBD employment type: full-time Position available: full-time Construction Laborer/Assistant to Trim Carpenter; hourly employees and/or subcontractors. We are looking for someone to start immediately. * Work in multi-phases of construction as needed, including but not limited to work where assigned inside the Lincoln area for commercial projects. * Understanding of OSHA safety rules and regulations to maintain a safe and clean work environment. * 1+ years of construction experience is required. * Able to meet physical demands: standing, walking, reaching, ladder/climbing, and kneeling. Frequently lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling up to 60 pounds of material and up to 100 pounds of material with assistance, if requested. * Valid driver’s license required; must have vehicle/ability to get to work locations on time. Ability to travel and work for extended period of time on projects in the greater Lincoln area. * Personal cell phone and ability to use it for clocking in and out. *Hourly pay is based on experience/ Sub-contractor pay is based on piece work/production *If interested reply to this ad
