Carpenters needed to replace a window.

Looking for a carpenter/s to replace/install a window. Please read below for the details of the work. New window is larger, it is about 20" taller. I already framed the new window size, so all of your work should be on the outside. My expectation is that this scope of work should be completed in one or two days. You will need staging or similar to lift a heavy window to the second floor level. You will likely need three people to lift this window or a small lift that can be driven around the house. Demolishing: -Install staging or pump jacks as needed. -Carefully remove the shakes surrounding the old window to be reused or reinstalled. The shakes are solid hand split and I can provide some extra. -The replacement window comes with a brickmould preinstalled that is slightly narrower than what is on the existing window. -Cut out the old window and dispose. My preference is that you take it with you or at least bring it around the house to the driveway. Install: -Carry/bring the new window around the house from the garage. -Lift, level and screw the new window via a flange mount. The bottom plate is laser level. -Flash all around with rubber tape. -Reinstall the shakes around the window -Carefully paint/stain the shakes I will be providing the following materials. -Marvin Elevate Series (fiberglass -wood) Window. -Stainless Steel ribbed siding nails -Paint and stain for shakes -Extra original shakes from prior projects -Window and siding caulk -Protecto tape, shims No smoking on the work site, please.
