Handy person (lights faucets screens doors fans blinds etc)with painting skills (cut brush roll and spray) for investor flips/turns/rehabs. Must have all tools. Must have your own reliable transportation. No drugs (even weed) drunks or drama or cry babies. This is real FAST paced work for real $$ paid at the end of each job. Must have pride in your work and arrive on time. All work is Riverview and surrounding areas. Respond with Experience, name,cell phone and what part of town you resid. Immediate work available. Must work well alone and with others. Pay is based on your experience starting at $160 per day.
