Building Maintenance Technician $15.22 HR Full or Part-Time Must be available for possible weekend work One Month Assignment Ability to perform routine unskilled and semi-skilled manual work. Ability to read and follow written instructions, understand and follow oral instructions Ability and skill in the use and care of tools, materials and equipment used in the type of work outlined in the essential job duties. Performs functions related to city-wide facilities maintenance as assigned - custodial duties Delivers janitorial supplies to all city facilities and parks Maintains janitorial supplies such as paper products, soap air fresheners, and trash bags HS diploma or GED One year work experience in building maintenance and repair preferred Must possess valid Florida drivers license
