Looking for a handyman

I don't have time to tend to all of my property chores. My landscape / lawn cutting services do not have the capacity to do other things needed such as weed pulling etc. I'm looking for an individual (not business) that is looking for extra or side work in the following areas: - Weed pulling in landscape beds, etc. - Replacement of dead plans as needed (you go to the store, do the shopping and come back and remove dead, install new) - Gutter cleaning - Siding cleaning - Spring / fall cleanup including cutting down ornamental grasses for winter. - Pool vacuuming / brushing walls - Any other general exterior needs. This is a per hour pay gig, as needed. Must have transportation, be reliable, dependable and have 5 references (I will call everyone). Call Dave NO TEXT MESSAGES - I WILL NOT RESPOND TO TEXT.
