Yacht Club Terrace Landscape/ Maintenance Worker Pay Range $15.00 - $20.00 (Commiserate with Experience) SUMMARY Provide Maintenance and Landscape Duties for Yacht Club Terrace Condominium Association HOURS OF EMPLOYEMENT Work Days: Monday - Friday. 40 hours Off on Saturday and Sunday. Schedules can change and overtime may occur BENEFITS Health Insurance after 90-day probation Vacation and Sick Leave after a year of employment Training ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Maintenance duties are building repairs and painting (carpentry work, siding replacement, replacing building construction due to water rot, painting) Minor plumbing work with PVC drain replacement. Minor electrical work, light replacement, troubleshooting issues. Trash Pick up for property, 14 locations with other staff members 3x a week. Landscape duties are weed eating, mowing, tree trimming and pruning. Minor janitorial duties would be cleaning of pool/clubhouse area. Wiping down of pool equipment, kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Mopping of area. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily as a group and individually.
