Metro Water Conditioning has openings in our Salt Division delivering product to our loyal residential and commercial customers throughout the Twin Cities area. We are seeking a dependable person with a can-do attitude as a Route Delivery Driver to join our busy delivery team. You will drive a company truck, fully automatic, to locations around the Twin Cities area. Being familiar with the area is a plus but not necessary. THIS IS A NON CDL license position. We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible. DELIVERY DRIVER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Follow scheduled route for daily deliveries • Ensure deliveries are made in a timely manner • Collect signature or payment, if necessary, upon arrival to the recipient customer • Communicate issues as they arise • Document delivery time and location • Keep vehicle organized, clean and tidy • Operate company vehicles safely and respectfully. • Preform daily truck inspection at the start and end of the day • Report any possible problems with vehicles DELIVERY DRIVER REQUIRMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS • Valid driver's license • Physically fit and strong, able to lift up to 50 pounds comfortably • Dependable and hardworking • Ability to work with little supervision • Health Card a plus but not necessary BENEFITS • On-Going Training • Cell Phone Provided • Company Service Vehicle • Uniforms • Health Insurance • Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm • Vacation & Holiday Time Off • No Weekends or Evenings We believe people are an investment in our future.
