Position Title: Landscape Foreman (Full-Time) Reports to: VP of Operations Direct Reports: Landscape & Lawn Crew Personnel Position Summary: The Landscape Foreman’s responsibilities include overseeing the MSP landscape construction projects and maintaining existing grounds, monitoring and training workers, supervising the use of equipment, ensuring staff observe safety guidelines and protocols, and completing necessary administrative tasks assigned. This individual will be responsible for the prompt and efficient service standards set forth by MSP Outdoor. MSP Outdoor focuses on best in class service for all clients. Examples of Duties and Responsibilities: • Delegating tasks • Overseeing the use of heavy equipment and tools along with training for safe use • Completing landscape construction & design • Responsible for equipment maintenance tasks • Provide cost, material, time, and equipment estimates Additional Responsibilities: • Perform other duties as assigned o The examples of duties listed are basic functions required to be performed. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: • Valid Driver’s License required • Must have four years of experience working with landscape construction • Must have basic problem solving and troubleshooting abilities • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. • Spanish speaking a big plus
