NORTH HAVEN, CT — A New Haven man is accused of burglarizing a restaurant in North Haven earlier this year, according to police.
Police responded to an alarm at the Longhorn Steak House on Universal Drive around midnight on July 22. Arriving officers found the front glass door had been smashed and the restaurant had been burglarized, police said.
Evidence was recovered at the scene and, with the assistance of the state forensic laboratory, police obtained an arrest warrant for Michael Ross, according to officials.
Ross, 50, of New Haven, was arrested Dec. 29 and charged with first-degree criminal mischief, sixth-degree larceny and third-degree burglary. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond.
