North Lake Lofts is a Brand New Community looking for a Full Time Maintenance Tech to join our team. $500 Sign on Bonus Year End Bonus Quarterly Bonus Benefit Package includes Health, Dental, Earned Time Off, and 401k match Job Responsibilities Complete work order requests in a timely accurate manner Complete apartment turns/make ready in a timely manner Assist with general repairs and curb appeal/appearance of the property Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, light carpentry Assist with indoor/outdoor pool operations Seasonal outdoor duties including snow removal/salt and sand sidewalks Qualifications Special Boilers License - Preferred/willing to obtain CPO Certified - Preferred/willing to obtain HVAC Certifications - Preferred/willing to obtain Ability to work a rotating on-call maintenance emergency schedule Ability to work well in a team environment or individually Must be able to analyze and solve problems Demonstrate strong professionalism and integrity Ability to provide your own basic tools
