Great company looking to hire and welcome aboard a customer service representative to work in our FiDi location. We are now searching and hiring Full-Time Applicants.
Your job duties will include processing customer enrollments, filling out forms, customer verification, maintaining customer confidentiality, following systems/guidelines one on one with customers.
Required Qualifications:
✓ 18 years of age or older
✓ Authorization of working in the United States.
✓ Able to work a full time schedule (40+ Hours)
✓ Desire to HELP people.
✓ Reliable, dependable team player.
✓ Stellar written and verbal communication skills.
✓ Bi- Lingual is a PLUS, not required.
This position is NON-remote which means we need someone that will be able to commute to the office
Interviews are being conducted this week.
Candidates with customer service experience will be ideal for the positions we have available although experience is not required as we do offer training.
