Property management company looking for a super working in Bed-Stuy area of Brooklyn. Candidates living in the neighborhood are preferable.
Job Duties & Requirements:
-must be able to follow routine cleaning and maintenance schedule
-perform general maintenance & repair including plumbing, electric, tile work, etc [must have own tools]
-must have practical plumbing and electric skills [minimum 3 yrs experience in construction]
-prepare apartment for tenant change
-sweep & mop common area
-properly take care of garbage &recycling
-snow preparation and removal during winter months
-assist and provide access for Con Edison, Verizon, other utility companies, etc
-have communication and time management skills
