Looking for a full time maintenance person / handyman to do repairs, make apartments ready for move in and small construction jobs in Brooklyn. Must be available 40 hours per week, and have your own tools. Must be experienced in basic plumbing, electrical work, painting, sheetrock, flooring etc. Starting salary $20 per hour.
