Growing neighborhood car wash seeking part-time manager for maintenance and operational duties! Duties: Troubleshoot customer needs and equipment malfunctions/ work with manager to troubleshoot Maintain stock of supplies as directed Assess and fix mechanical issues related to operational functions. Hoses, electrical, plumbing and related mechanical equipment for day to day operations including property maintenance and detailing operations Emergency response (overpay provided when needed) Prep/ manage flow of traffic at automatic bay Greet and educate customers on wash packages and features Assist customers at pay stations Perform lot and daily shift equipment maintenance duties as required Keep facilities clean and free of debris (trash and clean out of vacuums and bays as needed) Includes storm duties: Snow removal, shoveling, ice and salting property during inclement weather Qualifications: Ability to be polite with customers Mechanical aptitude preferred but not required (training on systems available) Energetic Self motivated Follows instructions Requires ability to lift/carry signage and manage equipment as directed Weekend hours required - flexibility in scheduling part time hours Vehicle & Valid drivers license (occasional travel to other company sites and or for parts pick-up) Operation of snow blower /shoveling / storm preparation and clean up (training provided by management) and landscaping as needed Benefits: Flexible and fixed hours Competitive Pay Opportunity to grow and scale with family owned business Opportunities to learn new skills Training in operations and management functions
