Rehoming 1yr old lab/coonhound

Looking for a good pet parent for rehoming female 1yr old lab/coonhound mix. UTD on shots, flea/tick/heartworm prevention, and deworming; spayed & potty trained. Does very well in the house while I'm at work, no destructive issues, and will bark at strange sounds outside the house. She is very playful and has a lot of energy, she enjoys having a backyard to romp around. Landlord has stated she no longer allows dogs in her properties so this is why I'm hoping to find her a good home where she will be treated well.
