Hi there! I'm from the UK and currently live in Brooklyn. I've travelled extensively and I've nurtured my ability to deeply listen. I'm a musician. I have a degree in Politics with a speciality in Sociology. What are your hopes? Do you want to be fluent and fully expressed? Do you want to improve basic skills? Do you want to increase your confidence when travelling? Each lesson is catered to your needs and is for real life. Learn how to speak English with me in a way that allows you to make connections, and express your personality. Learn how to translate your vibe and sense of humor! A typical lesson plan focuses on everyday use of the language. So we'll get to know each other a little bit. I try not to focus on areas for longer than 15 minutes, as studies have shown that retention levels wane after that time. I encourage creative use of the language, which then allows for improved reaction/recall time in real life situations. The lessons are for every level. I'm especially partial to Hebrew and Spanish speakers as I'm still developing my own skill sets there. Speaking of which, I have such respect for those trying to learn new languages as I also understand how it feels! I’m available this summer until late fall. Nik
