Seeking to rehome a sweet 11-year old Shih Tzu

I am looking to rehome my sweet Shih Tzu. My husband and I are being relocated for work and won't be able to bring her along. Small rehoming fee of $80 requested to make sure she goes to a good home. She will come with her crate, leash, and food bowls. Pictures available on request. She is amazing with other dogs and people. Unsure how she is with cats or other animals.
