Gina will share her technique and recipe for making pie crust from scratch. Those in attendance will learn how to mix, roll out and assemble a double crust fruit pie and create designs in a flat top crust or design a lattice top.
You will learn how to thicken frozen cherries from Seaquist Orchards in Door County. with a special product called Permaflo. We will provide all ingredients, instruction, and the recipes.
The cost is $40 per person. Each will make and take a 9" pie for baking at home or in the Flour Pot kitchen.
