Participants in this series will learn about hypnosis; what it is, what it isn't, and how one can benefit from it.  TEND Community is excited to partner with Certified Medical Support Clinical Hypnotherapist Judit Csikos of Joti Healing  who will teach us about hypnosis and guide us in learning self-hypnosis techniques for stress reduction and pain reduction.
