Once a maker or craftsperson is ready to grow their business and take the leap into a larger space, they are often faced with the question of how to create an effective workflow for production. Join Katie Johnson, Director of Bridgeway Capital's Creative Business Accelerator, and Jeff Lovett, Owner of Lovett Sundries, for a tour of Lovett's Wilkinsburg-based shop and production space. Lovett will share the story of their growth through multiple spaces, how their workflow had changed over time with lessons learned, and more.
