We are a professional band with a very large, comfortable rehearsal space that we are looking to share. The space is twice the size of the commercial spaces you see for rent, and for about the same price. The space is currently available on Mondays, Tuesdays or Wednesdays from 6:00pm on. Sundays are available any time (4 hour max). The space includes, for your use: - A full PA with floor monitors, power amp and 8 ch mixer. - Pearl 5 pc drum kit with 2 crashes, ride and splash; all Zildjian Custom A’s - 2 x 15” bass cabinet with horns – great sound - A 1x12” guitar cabinet with Celestion speaker - A Marshall Valvestate VS-100 combo amp Guitarists/bassists can use the cab (bring your own head), the Marshall or bring their own (no storage for that; will need to bring in and out). The space is on the 2 nd floor but right next to the elevator – very easy in and out. The main room is around 500 sq ft; most commercial spaces are around 240 sf. There is also a meeting/seating area (couch, conference table), as well as a fridge & a microwave. AND there is a private bathroom within the unit. The monthly rate includes use of the room on your designated day of the week, and includes utilities.
