Everything costs so much

The cost of everything is so out of control. Even what we used to think of as a simple thing is now a luxury. How difficult is it to go grocery shopping, how much gas can one afford to put in their car and hopefully there are no repairs needed that will break the empty personal bank if there is anything in it? In many ways things are sad and I have been trying to do things that do not cost anything but are nice and give me an appreciation for even the smallest things in my life. A walk on the beach after hours (no need for a pass), the many walking trails and parks we have that provide a wonderful sense of nature and all that is beautiful. Just to sit and watch as the birds and other small animals go about there daily routines, there is no tomorrow there is no yesterday only the moment, as humans we can learn a lot from them and maybe it would be a better world?
