Looking to unwind and de-stress? Then this class is the right fit for you. Come join in on an immersive experience known as a sound bath where deep vibrations from various instruments will calm you down while you enjoy the natural environments outdoors and realize the healing effects of ecotherapy and sound healing combined! We will all meet at BCAW, and walk over to Burncoat Park across the street. (5 min walk). Please arrive a few minutes early to allow time to get to the park. Please bring a yoga mat, beach blanket, or towel to lay on for the class. Discount for teens and college students with Valid Student ID. Teacher Bio- Eunice is currently a sixth grade English teacher in Boston Public Schools who recently relocated back to Worcester, MA after living in Boston for a number of years. An avid lover of learning and all things literary, Eunice is excited to promote holistic healing and raise mental health awareness in the Worcester community by offering community sound baths this summer and beyond!
