Veteran Companion Animal Services gives rescue dogs to veterans. Informational meeting for veterans who are interested in receiving a rescue dog from Veteran Companion Animal Services (VCAS). VCAS is a non-profit which gives rescue dogs to veterans for companionship. VCAS pays for food, supplies, medical expenses and seven weeks of manners training during the first year.
