Wines from a region as famous as Bordeaux – and wines with as much complexity as the Merlot and Cabernet blends from there – can be difficult to appreciate early on.  In fact, they say you should really start to drink Bordeaux once they age ten years, or more.  But that’s easier said than done. Until now.  Join us as we taste 8 classic Bordeaux from the 2012 vintage.  These wines are direct from the cellars of the chateau.  Have a chance to experience well-aged Bordeaux as we dive deeper into a somewhat maligned, but now much appreciated vintage.
