Now imagine a system that is very affordable with 40-60% of the installation costs being covered by a rebate from NPU* NPU's Cooling and Heating Incentive Pilot Program (CHIPP) is offering rebates that can reduce the cost of a new energy efficient heat pump system by 40-60%. NPU representatives, local contractors, technical experts and local lenders will be on hand to answer your questions.
