The Brothers of Wallkill Lodge #627 are excited to announce the return of the Annual Chicken BBQ!!! This event has been a community favorite in the Town of Montgomery for many years. The Wallkill Lodge Chicken BBQ started in 1989 and this year we look to continuing the tradition of great tasting chicken and good old family fun. The cost of a BBQ plat ticket is $25, however general admission is free. Your ticket will get you a plate, which includes a juicy half chicken cooked over hot coals, corn potatoes and rolls. A bottle of water is included with each plate, other drinks will be available for purchase at the event. Each event ticket will also include a door prize ticket for a chance to win a T.V. There will also be 50/50 and raffle prize tickets available for purchase. You could win a new grill, a gift baskets, as well as other prizes. You don't need to be present to win. Besides the delicious chicken, mouthwatering chicken, there will be music, games and activities for the whole family to enjoy. Cornhole, Bocce and More. So bring the kids and make it a fun afternoon. One of basic principles of Freemasonry is charity and helping others. This year a portion of the proceeds from the BBQ will be going to benefit The Montgomery Food Pantry. The food pantry serves families right here in our town. Come enjoy a afternoon of fun and help others in need.
