Iron Roots BJJ is partnering with the Elizabeth Smart Foundation to bring Smart Defense to Colorado Springs. We will use Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai Kickboxing and Krav Maga to provide the most practical training for women, designed to give you the chance to fight and get away during a violent encounter. All our instructors are trauma informed and will work hard to create a safe and brave space in which to learn these skills. This night will be fun, informative and empowering!
