Digital Finance Transformation (DFT) offer a unique opportunity for Finance and Accounting Professionals to add value in previously unimaginable ways. As developments in automation technologies enable computer systems to perform manual tasks faster, cheaper, and more accurately, Accounting and Finance will be significantly impacted by this trend. Accounting and Finance professionals will shortly be expected to not only understand these technologies but will be required to contribute to or lead its implementation. Valuesoft is therefore offering an opportunity for your organization to kickstart your Digital Finance Transformation (DFT) journey. The program is organized into phases Immersion (Workshop) Key Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) from your finance team (Treasury, General Ledger Accounting, Tax etc.… ) attend a three-day workshop to gain working knowledge of Automation and Machine Learning in Finance and Accounting. Reinforce and Expand (Week One to Two) Workshop attendees reinforce and expand on what they have learnt in the workshop by completing an eLearning Self Study Program. Qualify (Week Two to Three) Workshop attendees identify 2 to 5 processes for automation opportunities within their function or department. Propose (Week Three to Four) Workshop attendees develop Business Case for their top two/three opportunities and submit into the automation proposal ideation pool. Prioritize Finance Leadership reviews and select projects submission from Automation Ideation Business Cases Steering committee for respective automation implementation projects are also identified by Finance Leadership. Implement Valuesoft will coordinate the placement of three to five interns with your organization for three months to support implementation of selected Finance Automation projects. Interns will be trained by Valuesoft in Robotics Process Automation Interns will be paid a monthly stipend by your organization for three months.
