We are always looking for people who are friendly, reliable, and ready to help make our community a great place to live. $2,000.00 Sign on Bonus! $600 at 30 days $600 at 90 days $800 at 180 days Description Multiple positions available: 1 Housekeeper 40 hours per week M-F with possibility of weekends 1 Janitor/Houseman/Housekeeper 40 hours per week, rotating weekend coverage required 1 Housekeeper 24-40 hours per week, must be able to work weekends The Housekeeper performs daily cleaning tasks of resident apartments, assisted living units, skilled nursing facility, common areas, rest rooms, offices, clinic areas and any other areas assigned in accordance with standard procedures of Housekeeping Department. Responsibilities The Housekeeper dusts horizontal surfaces, empties wastebaskets, removes trash, and re-lines baskets, and cleans all furniture with damp wipes. Cleans and polishes metal and porcelain fixtures in bathrooms, mops and sanitizes floors of rooms and offices, and spot cleans walls and windows Replenishes room supplies, vacuums carpets, and spot cleans carpets as needed The Housekeeper changes bed linen and replaces bathroom towels, sorts and distributes linen, and transports soiled linen to central collection point.
