Beginner’s Tai Chi: Effortless Energy
Wake up and gently energize yourself in the morning with this seniors-friendly (but not limited to seniors) fitness class that utilizes modified movements adapted from the Yang and Chen styles of Tai Chi, along with other adapted movements taken from Southern Chinese martial arts, meant to improve circulation, flexibility, balance, coordination, and muscular endurance, while relaxing the mind.
It's not a "pure" Tai Chi class, but it is "pure enjoyment" and pure health!
