Looking for an experienced project manager for a construction company with 3 branches Pay is based on skillset and experience. Salary: $4,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month (include bonuses) Schedule: Monday to Friday Requirements: Experience - Project management: 1 year (Required) Valid Drivers License -Bilingual: English and Spanish -Experience in construction industry Proven ability to solve problems creatively Excellent analytical skills Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful Job Duties but not limited to: -Planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. -Speaking with contractors in regards to their jobs/tasks daily -Visiting clients to ensure satisfaction and check on the progress/ status of each job Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed (3-5 clients per day visited) - Ability to conduct price analysis for various companies/quotes Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement Pay is based on skillset and experience.
