This talk will be available both in person at Inner Space in Des Moines, IA, and virtually via Zoom.
During this session, Erin (Seva founder and mindfulness meditation teacher) will talk about using mindfulness to help navigate the world as a neurodivergent person. They'll introduce the history and benefits of mindfulness, and provide instruction for a core mindfulness meditation practice. You'll also have the opportunity to learn more and ask questions about Seva's upcoming Divergent Mindfulness 101 class, which starts September 18th.
