12-Lead EKG education and "Slap The Cap" Capnography course present by Bob Page of Multi-Lead Medics hosted by the Altoona Fire Department. This 2 day EMS education event is being presented by the Altoona Fire Department , hosted by Prairie Meadows Racetrack and Casino, and EMS education credits provided by Des Moines Area Community College. No Nursing CEH's will be offered. Presenter: Bob Page, M.Ed, NRP, CCP, NCEE, CHSE, CHSOS Bob Page is an internationally known speaker, instructor, author and paramedic. He is recognized for his thought provoking energetic, humorous and motivational style. Bob is a passionate educator who takes ordinarily dry and hard to teach topics and transforms them into a fun, learning experience. This event will be hosted at Prairie Meadows Race Track and Casino Conference Center in the Skinner Conference Center. Breakfast will be included for each days class and lunch is provided for the Sept 12th course. EMS Continuing Education Hours provided DMACC for both courses offerings.
