Saturday, July 30th F45 Sonoma County Bootcamp All-Studio Locations!!! Will be held at the La Crema Winery at Richard's Grove. This is an all-studio, all-county event! Everyone in the community is welcome - FREE event! Let's show Sonoma County how we F45! F45 takes your workout outdoors where your coaches will cue and drill you through various stations - no TV's! Just you, your team and an all-out sweat session. After your workout... ICE BATHS! Take the plunge and recover in one of the ice tubs. Represent your studio and compete in various fitness challenges.
