Thanks!!** We own a very small wellness studio offering PEMF, which is Pulsed ElectroMagnetic Field in NW Seattle. It's run out of the first floor of our townhouse since we gave up our office in Ballard a couple years ago due to what's going on globally. If you are someone who is looking for a nice and furnished room to rent and you can help offset your rent by working in our wellness studio truly Part-Time, roughly 4-8 hours a week, this could be a good opportunity. You pay your rent and we would properly hire you within the business and fully train you and we also offer employees One complimentary hour of PEMF to use themselves each week. Rent for the guest room is $1,275 a month ALL INCLUSIVE of utilities and high speed wi-fi. The guest room is on the 3rd floor of the townhouse, fully furnished and shares a very large master bathroom with myself, who also has my bedroom on the 3rd floor. The 2nd floor is the kitchen, half bath and full dining/living room. The PEMF studio is in the room on the 1st floor, so clients enter the townhouse, stay on the first floor and walk directly back to the PEMF studio room. We do require clients and staff still wear masks during sessions, this is a requirement still. This could be a perfect situation if you are a bit flexible in your schedule and we can keep the studio open around your schedule and additional work schedule, as long as you can be flexible and 'offer' at least 15 hours a week, then most likely work 4-8 hours a week during only the hours that actually get booked by clients. (For example, you might be available from 4pm to 8pm on Thursdays, but only have one or two hours of sessions booked during that time by clients). We only pay for the actual sessions you are with clients, not all 'offered' hours. Make sense?) The Pay for this position starts at $19.00 and we may offer raises at certain milestones.
