We are a luxury vacation rental company managing villas in Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, and Malibu area. We are currently seeking to build a team of reliable, detail-oriented housekeepers. Our cleaning team will be responsible for ensuring our homes meet the same requirements as a 5-star luxury hotel so that our guests have an exceptional experience each and every time. As part of our team, you will be responsible for: Ensuring villas are cared for and inspected according to standards Notifying superiors of any damages, deficits, and disturbances Dealing with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience Adhering to rules regarding company-related practices To be part of our team, you must: Have proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper (+1 years) Be willing to follow processes and checklists Be able to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance Be customer-oriented and friendly Work quickly without compromising quality Be extremely detail oriented and reliable Have good prioritization and time management skills Have your own transportation Speak English and communicate well Be willing to work weekends Sign a W9 While not required, we value the following: Previous experience cleaning luxury homes Previous employment with a vacation rental company or at a luxury or hotel If you feel you are a qualified candidate, please email me with a copy of your resume.
