Major film industry business looking for an entry level janitor/custodian who is hard working and committed for cleaning work in our downtown Los Angeles showroom and warehouse. Only those with a minimum of 3 years experience with this sort of work should apply. Job duties; Cleaning restrooms, sanitizing and replenishing supplies, sweeping and mopping floors, interior glass cleaning, cleaning break room including kitchen area, countertops and cabinets. Also responsible for maintaining, cleaning and replenishing coffee station (including cappuccino machine) and restocking water dispensers. Must be capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs and OK with using ladders as necessary. Hours are 6:00 - 3:00 PM M-F.
