Description

Hello everybody. Anybody Out There Want To Jam Sat 16th OR Sunday17th July 7-10p ? We're starting to get some numbers so a second jam 7-10p is starting on Sundays. If enough people are interested I'll schedule something. If anybody can't do Sat or Sun but want to come let me know and we might start one during the week. Located in Seaside on Fremont near Hilby. Open to any level player. Respond to this ad or at below. Remember to provide your email and phone number. Prefer not to text. I'll keep you notified via email. I started this studio almost 10 years ago. This is a quality place. It's clean and comfortable. It's a fun place. Musicians from all over central California and further practice here. If you've never been here you should check it out. The band room is a plush, carpeted, comfortable 16'x16' acoustically treated, sound proofed room inside of a 1400sf warehouse. Peavey 600w PA. Klipsch speakers. Shure 58 mics. Peavey drums, keys, Kramer bass and Fender bass amp, Strat copy gtr. and a couple of small gtr. amps are here to use. Or bring your own amps and guitars. Nothing too big please. It's not a big place so attendance will be limited to10 people at a time. Sorry, musicians only, no guests. Not enough room. Start at 7 pm and go to 10pm. Can start earlier if you want. Need to collect $10 ea person to help cover overhead. I'm trying to make the studio available to people who want to jam but don't necessarily have music friends. As such, I will be asking $10 per person fee to cover the rent/overhead on this day. Otherwise, if I don't and a band wants to come in for practice and I say no because of the jam, then I'll be out the $40 or $50 the studio would have made for rent. If this happens every weekend I'd be out some $200 a month throwing this jam. But to put things in perspective, if you came in with a couple of your friends and rented the studio for 3 hours your individual costs would actually be more than the $10 each. So, it's a bargain if you think of it that way. Plus you get to meet new people. Regular studio rules will apply. This is not an invitation to party. No getting drunk or being disruptive. We won't be getting any noise complaints, however the studio is located in a residential area, so no being loud, talking loudly, cussing or attracting any attention to yourselves while outside. Beer and 420 ok inside in the band room, lobby or outside patio. No 420, drugs, drinking, taking smoke breaks in the parking lot or constant in/out. No 420 in the bathroom. No wraps or tobacco inside. You can smoke that on the patio. No getting careless with the mics, spilling beers all over or making a mess, etc. No attitudes or abusive behavior. This is a friendly place. If interested, reserve your spot. Please respond with your personal info, age, instruments played, skill level, email and phone number and I'll send you directions and put you on the list. No texting please. No shows are a problem. If you reserve a spot, don't show up and didn't cancel, I'll drop you from the list or you can pay a $10 no-show charge. See you there.
