Calling all HBCU Students in the Kansas City Metro Area for the 4th Annual HBCU Rookie College Student Back-to-School Send Off. The event will be hosted on Saturday, July 30, 2022 from 11:00 am – 2:00 pm at Southeast Community Center. The first 100 registered students will receive a basket of toiletries, school supplies, and resources. The event will feature student and parent workshops and panels, community resources, raffles, and networking opportunities with HBCU Alumni. ********Everyone must register including students, parents and volunteers******** ******************************************************************************************************************* Schedule of events are as follow, but can be subject to change. 11:00 am Registration and Check-in 11:30 am Workshops Making Moves: HBCU Alumni & Student ConnectionPanel: Greek Life, what's the hype?!
