Join us for a two-hour workshop on Aug 10th @ 6:30pm, where you’ll follow along with Katherine Petke of Black Crow Pottery using slab techniques to build a beer stein from scratch. Then, add texture and stamps to truly make your stein one-of-a-kind. At the end of class, you will pick either a blue or white glaze In this workshop, you will – work with wet clay to create your stein – learn the slab technique – play with texture on clay All pottery is left with us to be fired twice and professionally glazed at Black Crow Pottery ceramic studio. Participants will be able to pick up their steins during YORKTOBERFEST (Sept 28th-Oct 1st), during which they will be given the option to fill their 14-16oz stein for just $5! Included: All materials and tools provided as well as discounts on your first beer!
