Responsibilities of the Warehouse Lead/Loader position are to be responsible for the flow, tracking, and day to day operation of the dock.
DAILY TASKS:
Oversee warehouse processes and personnel to make sure work meets quality standards and is performed according to established procedures.
Maintain organized and accurate files for all paperwork.
Maintain supplies as necessary
Maintain warehouse dock
Maintain all communications team and supervisor.
Maintain daily container sheet.
Other duties may be assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bilingual a PLUS!
High School degree
Experience in a warehouse environment
Leadership/management skills
Strong organizational skills
Knowledgeable of warehouse policies and procedures
Ability to communicate, relate well, and direct the work of others
Ability to solve problems, work independently, and check accuracy
Excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Work is performed in a warehouse environment with moderate exposure to fluctuating heat and cold temperatures; some noise associated with forklift traffic.
PPE safety equipment must be worn, and precautions exercised
Position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly throughout an 8-hour shift
Work requires the ability to stand for extended periods of time
Work requires the ability to bend, twist, lift, reach, push, pull, and stretch frequently

M-F 6:00AM TO 4:30PM some Saturday's required.
Military experienced candidates are encouraged to apply

$16.00/HR
