Hello, I am a single woman looking for a smaller breed puppy(mixes ok) might be open to medium size, preferably a female. I understand rehoming fees and the purpose behind them but nothing outrageous. I do live in an apartment so I would want to make sure they would be comfortable. I would be adopting him/her as an emotional support animal. I am looking to adopt this weekend. Please… No chihuahuas No pugs No JRT No dachshund Thank you
