seeking puppy for service animal potential

Description

This may be a long shot, but I lost my dog in November to cancer, and while I miss him very much, I am looking to try and find a puppy (preferably male - but I may be open to a female dog as well ) that might be able to be trained to be a service dog for me. Ideally something like a Labrador, Golden Retriever, Bernese Mountain Dog, German Shepherd, and oddly even a Great Dane are all considered potential candidates for a service dog, but I'm also willing to consider mixed breeds and American Bulldogs. I do however need a larger dog, so please no toy dogs or smaller breeds, I will need at dog that hopefully can learn to walk beside a walker or occasionally a power chair. I am looking to train a dog to help me with things like opening doors, turning on lights if they are out of my reach, helping me pick up things I dropped, ect. As I have mentioned, I am disabled and while I have liked many a dog on the local humane society's website and similar other sites nearby, I am unable to afford such a large adoption fee on my income.($300-$450!) I do have connections to a very low cost vet, as well as a regular supply of dog food, so that would not be a problem, I am also able to access low cost spay/ neutering as necessary. If you are in need of rehoming a puppy or a dog about a year or less in age, please consider helping me out - I may be able to help pay for a small rehoming fee. Picture of my Bubba just because i miss him so much!
